Best candidates: men with mild-to-moderate vasculogenic ED, Peyronie's disease (curvature/plaques), reduced sensation post-prostatectomy, or men seeking optimization beyond medication. Less ideal: severe ED from advanced diabetes complications, men on blood thinners (relative contraindication), or active genital infection.
